I have not received my parcel. Cyanoprints doesn't answer my emails so I am not content!

The cyanotype refill kit is a fine product. I had a little problem when filling the water into the one bottle. Instead of measuring the water in a separate measuring cup and then fill it into the bottle I have put the bottle on a scale. While filling in the water into the bottle and looking at the scale I filled in to much water so it split and even split some of the chemicals. It still works, only the blue isn’t a really deep blue.
Just wanted to tell this so people won’t make the same mistake.
